The credit union's directors, management and staff respect the private nature of this nonpublic personal information. However, we may disclose some or all of the information we collect to outside companies that perform services for the credit union or you, such as CUNA Mutual Insurance, to outside companies that process data for us to companies that may provide other services to help us conduct the business of the credit union. We have signed letters of agreement with our subcontractors and companies that provide such services that stipulate that the members' nonpublic private information may be used only as necessary to complete their obligations to you and us. We also provide nonpublic private information about you to other third parties as permitted or required by law, such as reports to credit bureaus or agencies, the Internal Revenue Service, responses to subpoenas, search warrants or summons. We may also disclose information we collect about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law. These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of our credit union, follow your instructions as you authorize, or protect the security of our financial records.
